Tell us about your company: CSJ is a company who gets women – what they are searching for, dreaming about, and fearful of – and deliver the experiences needed by them to step into their own true greatness – meaningful events, innovative programs and effective communication. We are devoted to the personal development, professional development and spiritual growth of women and have been since 2000.

Who is your ideal client? A 50-ish year old female who is likely a business owner and ready to dig a little deeper into who she really is and how she wants to live the rest of her life. CSJ’s motto is “Bringing fruition to your initiatives” so whether she feels ready to work on personal, professional, or spiritual initiatives, we’re there to help.

What types of companies would you like to partner with to expand your marketing reach within your Province? Other progressive companies in the Vancouver area as well as into Washington State that market products and services to women, especially products.

How are you currently cross marketing? We are cross-marketing in our area through a number of different means the first of which is our Center, the CSJ Active Wellness Community where a number of health and wellness practitioners and entrepreneurs collaborate and cross-refer under one room to meet the all-encompassing needs of our clients. The second is through a unique network called the Network of Exceptional Women which again is devoted to not only professional networking (month co-working days, bi-weekly breakfasts) but also personal development (social activities, fun) and spiritual growth (conscious conversations and breakthrough experiences). We have monthly workshops, quarterly events, and a NEW community card which gets members amazing discounts throughout our community not only from other NEW members but also local businesses. Thirdly, we utilize a quarterly online newsletter to distribute news amongst local entrepreneurs, and finally we utilize our website to post news and upcoming events, profiles of our collaborators, and interesting articles. Where would we like to take it from here? Urban Retreats for Exceptional Women on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of British Columbia which is our home as well as Puerto Morales, Mexico. I would also personally like to take my public speaking career to the next level.
